Covid-19: M'rashtra reports 796 fresh cases, 24 deaths

Aurangabad / Mumbai, Dec 2 (UNI) Maharashtra on Thursday reported 796 new Covid-19 patients and 24 fatalities in a single day, taking the state's cumulative case tally to 66,37,231 and the toll to 1,41,049, respectively, a health bulletin of the state government said.
On the other hand, 952 patients were discharged during the day across the state, taking overall count of recoveries to 64,85,290.
The state's recovery rate and the fatality rate were unchanged at 97.7 per cent and 2.12 per cent, respectively.
