Thiruvananthapuram, May 23 (UNI) The counting of the votes polled in the April 23 Lok Sabha election for 20 seats began at 0800 hrs on Thursday, amid tight security.
The counting of postal votes and votes polled in EVMs began in all the 140 counting centres arranged in 29 counting locations in the State.
Initial trends said UDF is leading in 12 seats, LDF in 7 seats and BJP in Thiruvananthapuram seat in Kerala.
