Cong starts 'Donate For Nyay' initiative; urges people to give as per capacity

New Delhi, Jan 27 (UNI) The Congress on Saturday urged the people to ‘Donate For Nyay’ and be a part of Rahul Gandhi’s campaign against injustice through his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, that has taken over the country.
Addressing the media at the AICC headquarters here, Congress leader Ajay Maken said that last month a crowd funding initiative ‘Donate For Desh’ was started by party president Mallikarjun Kharge and “We are taking it forward and started Donate For Nyay.”
He said that people can donate for Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra as per their capacity.
The Congress leader said that those who donate Rs 670 or more will get a T-shirt signed by Rahul Gandhi and those who donate Rs 67,000 or more will be given a Nyay Kit which will consist of a bag, T-shirt, a band, batch and stickers.
Those who donate anything as per their capacity will get a letter duly signed by Rahul Gandhi and a certificate of donation, he added.
Maken said that so far the Congress party has received Rs 20 crore as donation which only shows the dedication of the lakhs of party workers.
