Cong National prez is 'pawn' in chess', says IAC national prez Hemant Patil

Pune, June 9 (UNI) National President of India Against Corruption Hemant Patil said here on Friday that Mallikarjun Kharge was selected as the National President of Congress to improve the image of the Party and prevent its downfall, just like the pawns do the job of saving the king on the board in chess.
Kharge has no organizational skills. Their nature is also not agreeable, he does not have the necessary qualities for party building, said Patil.
Moreover, he can speak well only in the parliament hall. However, due to a lack of speaking skills in public, he cannot hold meetings.
Therefore, Kharge's personality does not show the quality of attracting countrymen so also to Congress, solving people's problems and breaking down on BJP impulsively, Patil said.
During Kharge's presidency, the party will not benefit as much as it should.
As per his health, he is not able to tour much. He does not have much influence in the party, said Patil who is the founder president of India Against Corruption. Therefore, kharge will hold the office of President like a villager, said Patil.
Sonia and Rahul Gandhi will run the business with a gun on Kharge's shoulder. People are suffering from rising inflation, unemployment and other problems, so they are looking for an alternative to BJP.
Therefore, the Congress leadership has an opportunity.
However, the leadership does not have the qualities to attract the countrymen to the Congress, he said.
Therefore, the voters will turn to Congress as an alternative, not because of the party leadership, but to prioritize the issues.
BJP should also do good administrative work. Inflation should be curbed. Moreover, political use of ED, CBI and NIA should be avoided in the states where there is government other than BJP. So it is wrong to imprison people and leaders who speak against BJP, said Patil.
Patil also said that the BJP government has done good work at the centre as well as in various states.
