New Delhi, Oct 15 (UNI) The Congress on Monday announced its candidates for bypoll to Bellarry Lok Sabha seat and the Jamkhand assemblyy seat in Karnataka.
''The Congress president Rahul Gandhi has approved the proposal of the candidature of V S Ugrappa as party candidate to contest the by election to the Bellarry Lol Sabha seat and Anand Sidha Nyamgouda as the party candidate for the by election to the Jamkhand Assembly seat in Karnataka, ''AICC general secretary Mukul wasnik said in a statement.
