Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 27 2016 4:04PM Coal production in April marginally down y-o-y in IndiaKolkata, May 27 (UNI) Coal production in India in April 2016 recorded at 48.62 million tons (mt), down 0.89 per cent from 49.07 mt recorded in April 2015, India Coal Market Watch (ICMW) reported. The production of 48.62 mt in April was down 29.95 pc from 69.41 mt recorded in March 2016, according to provisional data of ICMW. The total production for fiscal 2015-16 stood at 637.87 mt.
