Talking to newsmen here, YSRCP MLA Gandikota Srikanth Reddy and Senior leader Pilli Subashchandra Bose said ‘as of now, Mr Naidu did not categorically state that the voice on record in the cash for vote case does not belong to him which shows his guilt and a person with such background has no right to continue as Chief Minister’. Reiterating that the government should convene the Assembly giving sufficient time to discuss the issues of public importance, the party demanded that the session should not be reduced to a mere formality and Mr Naidu should step down owning moral responsibility with the court’s directive in the cash for vote case.
