CM Inaugurates sharing bicycle stations

Puducherry, Sep 16 (UNI) Chief Minister V Narayanasamy on Wednesday inaugurated the sharing bicycle stations, constructed at a cost of Rs 5.50 crore, at 41 places under the Smart City Programme.
The Smart City Programme is to be implemented at an estimated cost of Rs.1828 crore in 468 acres in urban areas of Puducherry.
The Central government has provided Rs 103 crore in the last financial year as its share and the government had allotted Rs.60 crore as its share.
