CM exhorts HoDs to work for cent percent implementation of schemes

Panaji, Oct 27 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Tuesday exhorted the Head of Departments (HOD) to adopt measures to plug leakages and generate revenue in their respective departments.
Addressing the Secretaries to the Government, Head of Departments and Vigilance Officers of the Government Departments after inaugurating the vigilance awareness week organized by Directorate of Vigilance at Secretariat Porvorim, he said the Department should initiate efforts to ensure cent percent implementation of the schemes to accomplish the goal of the Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Swayampurna Goa Campaign.
The Chief Minister said there was a need to provide transparent and corruption free Governance with thrust of reduction besides to promote accountability in delivering better services to the people of the State.
