Hyderabad, May 5 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has congratulated the team of Telugu film Pelli Chupulu, which won the best dialogues and best regional film award at the National level. The film team members led by Vinaya Bhaskar, MLA along with the film director Dasyam Tarun Bhaskar met the Chief Minister at Pragati Bhavan here.
