Mysuru, Dec 16 (UNI) The country’s premier Food Research Institute Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) has developed a new food product useful for the Athletes and fitness people could improve their strength.
A newly-developed food product for the trail basis made from naturally available food items that provide both nutritional and functional benefits. However, the product’s composition has not been disclosed since it is before the Process Development and Research Utilisation Committee (PDRUC) of the CFTRI for clearance. Some companies have shown their interest to adopt the technology for commercialisation.
A CFTRI source maintained that the person, after the workout or running or cycling, can speedily recover by consuming this easy-carrying food which is free from preservatives. “It’s a wholesome foodstuff to be taken in three stages for seeing improvement in stamina,” the source adds.
