The Centre has released Rs 112.50 crore to Telangana Government for the construction of 'Chokka Rao Devadula Lift Irrigation' project under the AIBP scheme for the year 2015-16, an official statement said here tonight. State Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao has taken up the issue of the delay in the release of funds with Union Minister for Water Resources Uma Bharathi at a National Water Resources Coordination Committee held on Saturday in New Delhi.
