Centra Bank of India branch articles worth lakhs damaged in fire

Kaithal, Mar 27 (UNI) Articles worth lakhs of rupees were burnt in a fire today that broke out in the Siwan gate branch of Central bank of India (CBI) here.
Primarily an electric short circuit is stated to be the cause of fire. Interestingly no one noticed the fire that gutted ACs, computers and other articles and got extinguished itself .
The incident came to notice of when bank peon Jitender Kumar opened the bank locks today morning after two days of bank holidays. Manger Sunita Rani said that bank staff had left the premises in the evening on Friday,Saturday and Sunday being holidays , no one turned in the bank . However, when today bank staffer on opening the doors noticed badly burnt articles.
