BSY gets clean chit as IT DG (Karnataka, Goa and Bengaluru) terms the Magazine which referred BSY dairy was a forged one

Bengaluru, Mar 23(UNI) Giving a new twist to the alleged disclosure of the entry of a Dairy purportedly belonging to former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP State President B S Yeddyurappa having paid a huge amount of funds to the Senior Central BJP leaders, the Director General of Income Tax (Karnataka, Goa and Bengaluru) Balakrishnan said that 'the said pages of dairies are not part of the seized documents of the Income Tax Authorities".
Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, he emphatically said that the Magazine which had carried the story on the Dairy is not part of the seizure done by the Income Tax authorities and must be forged one.
He said that that the IT authorities, had sent the lose sheets of a dairy, to Forensic laboratory, for its authentication. "The lab authorities had sent it back stating that without originals it can not be scrutinized".
