Boris Johnson considering new restrictions amid second wave of COVID pandemic

London, Sept 19(UNI) Britain's Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Saturday that he is considering tightening COVID-19 measures in England, after the UK witnessed a second wave of the coronavirus.
Sources said that the government is looking to banning households mixing, and reducing opening hours for pubs.
At least 13.5 million people, roughly one in five of the UK population, are already facing local restrictions, the BBC reported.
