Body of class 9th student of Kasturba school found hanging in Jamtara

Jamtara, Mar 24 (UNI) Body of a class 9th student of Kasturba Gandhi Residential School located in Duladih village under Jamtara Police Station area of this district was today found hanging inside a bathroom.
The deceased has been identified as Shaheen Khatoon (16) of Veergaon Shyampur village who was also a 'divyang'. Upon receiving information regarding the death of their child, the family members created an uproar in the school and alleged that the girl had died to torture by the school management.
A police team which later reached on the spot pacified the agitators and sent the body for post-mortem to Sadar Hospital.
