Bodies of two boys drown in Arappuzha river retrieved

Kozhikode, Jun 19 (UNI) The bodies of two young boys, who were drowned in Arappuzha river on Thursday evening, were retreived on Friday after a long search operation that had lasted for two hours.
Police sources said the two boys who were drowned in the rough river were identified as Sabarinath (14) and Harinand (13), who are relatives and residents of nearby Olavanna.
It was after a joint effort by the fishermen and the Fire & Rescue officials that the bodies could be recovered, one of which could be found far away from the spot where the two reportedly fishing.

AP: Over 18,000 employees to cast their votes through postal ballot in Kakinada district
