BJP Mahila Morcha for action against Ashutosh for defamatory blog

New Delhi, Sep 5 (UNI) Delhi BJP Mahila Morcha today held a series of protest demonstrations across Delhi demanding action by AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal against his party spokesperson Ashutosh for his derogatory blog against Mahatma Gandhi. They also demanded action against AAP MLAs involved in misconduct against women. Mahila Morcha's Pradesh President Kamaljeet Sehrawat led the protest march of a women delegation from Pragati Maidan to the residence of Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia raising slogans demanding expulsion of Ashutosh from AAP. Demonstrators carried 'roses' to be presented to Mr Sisodia to urge AAP leaders to shun their anti-women mindset but police stopped them about 100 yards before his residence. Later a women's delegation was allowed to go inside Mr Sisodia's residence where they handed over a bunch of 100 roses to his camp officer Surendra Kumar. ''If our voices are not heard we will present bangles to the Chief Minister himself','' one of the protestors said. Mahila Morcha’s demonstrations will continue tomorrow also. UNI SY/AR AE 2030
