Bhupen Hazarika's Kuthori house to be heritage site

Guwahati, Sep 8 (UNI) The Assam government today announced of conserving musical maestro late Dr Bhupen Hazarika's house at Kuthori in Kaziranga as a heritage house.
The decision was taken at a state Cabinet meeting held at Majuli, which coincided with Hazarika's birth anniversary today.
Cabinet minister Chandra Mohan Patowary, announcing the decision, said the musical maestro's house at Kuthori will be preserved as a heritage site.
