Bengal Govt speeds up process for setting up regional airports

Kolkata, Jan 25 (UNI) The West Bengal Government has expedited the process of developing airports in Malda, Purulia and Balurghat.
The State Public Works Department (PWD) is carrying out the developmental work.
It is learnt that a completely new airport in Malda, on the existing one spread across 114 acres of land, will come up at a projected cost of Rs 13 crore.
