New Delhi, Jan 14 (UNI) Bar Council members including Chairman Manan Mishra on Sunday met Justice Chelameswar at the latter’s residence.
What transpired in the meeting between the two were however not clear. A member of the Bar Council later said they will meet the three other judges and the Chief Justice of India in the evening before making any public statement about the meeting.
Last evening, Justice Kurian Joseph, one of the four Supreme Court judges who virtually revolted against the chief justice, said there was no need for an outside intervention to solve the issue, while the apex court bar body called for a full-court consideration of the matter.
