Bangladeshi women are proving their worth globally : Momen

Dhaka, Nov 29 (UNI) Bangladesh Foreign Minister. AK Abdul Momen has lauded the achievements of Bangladeshi women saying that they have brought fame for the country and proved themselves at the global arena.
He said that women are making important contribution in all aspects of development of the country. Men as well as our women are proving their worth by participating in several endeavours, which is very promising he said.
The Foreign Minister congratulated Zainab Binte Hossain Shantu, the first lady of Bangladesh who conquered Mount Lobuche, when she came to meet the Foreign Minister at the Foreign Office on Saturday evening. Dr. Momen greeted her with flowers and Zainab presented the flag of Bangladesh to the Foreign Minister.
