Bail granted to 3 accused in Tuni violence case

Kakinada June 20(UNI): The indefinite fast of the leader of the Kapu community, Mudragada Padmanabham entered 12th day today and he is continuing his fast in the Government General hospital in Rajahmundry town under police escort. He has embarked the fast demanding the release of all 13 accused, who were arrested in connection with the January 31 violence that took place in Tuni town. Mudragada's wife Padavathi has also been on fast for 12 days.
Meanwhile, in a dramatic development, the three prime accused in Tuni Kapu Garjana violence cases-Vasireddi Yesudas, Nalla Vishnu and Akula Ramakrishna, were granted conditional bail in the evening by additional sessions court Pithapuram Judge Gayathri Devi.
As the CID court in Kakinada posted their bail petition in the morning for hearing for tomorrow, their advocates moved the bail in the district additional sessions court and achieved success. However they might not be released from Rajahmundry central jail till tomorrow due to technical reasons, advocates said here.
