Aurangabad NCP takes out 'Ghagar Morcha' to BJP MLA Save's office

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, May 21 (UNI) The women activists of city unit of NCP on Saturday took out 'Ghagar Morcha' to the office of BJP Aurangabad East MLA Atul Save and held BJP responsible for drinking water crises, just two days before Opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis' proposed 'Jal Akrosh Morcha' to AMC office.
Notably, BJP has planned to take out 'Jal Akrosh Morcha', under the leadership of former chief minister and Leader of Opposition Devendra Fadnavis, to Aurangabad Municipal Corporation's head office here on May 23. To counter that, NCP took out the 'Ghagar Morcha' on the office of Save.
As there was no water supply in many parts of the city for eight days, NCP's women activists carried out this unique agitation by carrying empty pots and jugs on their heads. Their leaders accused BJP's leaders of causing serious water crisis in the city over last 20 years.
