Assembly Speaker directs AP govt to hold inquiry on 'insider trading' in purchase of lands

Amaravati, Jan 20 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram directed the state government to conduct a comprehensive inquiry on the ‘insider trading’ in the purchase of lands in capital city Amaravati region.
Minister for Finance Buggana Rajendranath Reddy made a statement in the house on Monday on the 'insider trading' in the purchase of lands in the capital region.
The Minister read out the names of some of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders, who purchased lands in the capital region area before the official announcement by the government on the establishment of capital city in Amaravati.
