Arunachal: 7 more arrested in APPSCCE-2017 paper leak case

Itanagar, Nov 26 (UNI) The Special Investigation Cell (Vigilance) probing the alleged question paper leak in the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Examination-2017 (APPSCCE)-2017 and other examinations conducted by the APPSC, has arrested seven more persons, of which six are government officials, thus taking the total number of arrests made in the instant case to 20, SIC (Vig) SP Anant Mittal said on Saturday.
The arrestees have been identified as Radek Romin, 58, and Iken Bagra, 52 (both working as Block Education Officers under DDSE Aalo, West Siang), Kendar Bagra, 27 (JE, RWD Aalo), Kenjom Bagra, 25 (JE, RWD Kaying), Dekni Romin, 25 (ADO, Taliha, Upper Subansiri), Joi Sora, 55 (teacher, Govt Upper Primary School, Kombo, West Siang), and Jobom Chang Mengu (a resident of Sawmill area in Pasighat), the alleged broker in AE (Civil) paper leak case.
According to SIC (Vig) SP, arrestee Radek Romin is the father of the arrested ADO Dekni Romin, while Iken Bagra is the father of JEs Kendar Bagra and Kenjom Bagra, and Joi Sora is the father of PWD JE Eagle Sora, who is already in the SIC custody.
