AP Police sensitizes to keep vigil on miscreants indulging in vandalisation of religious places

Kakinada, Sep 26(UNI) The East Godavari police ,under instructions from Superintendent of police Adnan Nayeem Asmi have embarked upon a programme on Saturday to sensitise people on keeping a strict vigil on the movements of the miscreants in and around their areas and take steps to prevent vandalisation of religious places, police sources said.
At all the sub divisional police officers level , they conducted awareness meetings at all important places all over the district inviting elders and prominent people of the area.
These meetings were well attended and the police officers of all ranks during their interaction have advised the participants to keep a strict vigil in their areas by forming village level, ward level committees and installing CC cameras at all important places including religious prayer houses.
