All 1627 villages at bank of Ganga will be open defecation free

Lucknow Apr 25 (UNI) To strengthen ‘Clean India Movement’ of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Yogi government has instructed concerned District Magistrates of all 1627 villages at the bank of Ganga to make the villages open defecation free till April 30.
Chief Secretary Rahul Bhatnagar said here today that 100 per cent villages at the bank of Ganga will be open defecation free till April 30 under Swachh Bharat Mission. Quality Council will do inspection and physical verification of these villages, he said.
Mr Bhatnagar said concerned department’s officers have to achieve the target of making villages open defecation free within given time as per direction of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
