Akali Chandumajra: Patit Sikh like Sidhu has no right to speak on Sikh religious affairs

Chandigarh , Sept 15 (UNI) Senior Akali leader Prof Prem SIngh Chandumajra today expressed surprise that a patit like Navjot Singh Sidhu " who regularly disrespects his hair, trims and dyes his beard and performs religious rituals forbidden in Sikhism had the cheek and audacity to approach the sacred Shri Akal Takht Sahib to vent his hatred against proper practicing SIkhs."

Directing his ire straight on the Congress leader, Prof Chandumajra said, " Go and conform to the tenets of Sikh maryada and keep a proper Sikh sroop before you even begin to talk about Sikhism. You are an apostate- a patit. You prefer your TV shows to a proper and proud Sikh sroop. Stop trimming and dying your beard before you earn the right to speak on issues of Sikh religion," said Prof Chandumajra.
