Hyderabad, Jul 18 (UNI) Hyderabad-based Aparna Enterprises Limited (AEL), a leader in Manufacturing building materials and a part Rs 1700 crore turnover of real estate company Aparna Group is all set to commission a new backward integration project related to Aluminium windows and doors.
The initial capacity of 5000 Aluminium windows per month project will commence at the existing Bachupally
fabrication facility in the city from August this year, Aparna Enterprises Limited Managing Director Ashwin Reddy and Director Ms Aparna Reddy told reporters here on Wednesday on the occasion of completion of 10 years of Aparna Venster ( uPVC window and door brand), which is one of the backward project in Aparna Enterprises.
The initial new project cost was Rs 10 crore and it will scale up to Rs 20 crore in a phased manner, they
said our main focus was only on South -- Karnataka, AP, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
The Rs 800 crore turnover of AEL has the largest market share in South India through a range of business in building-material products, such as RMC (Ready-Mix-Concrete, uPVC windows and doors, tiles, sanitary ware fittings, uPVC profile extustion, metal forming and CRF, they said that AEL's turnover expected to reach Rs 1500 crore by next 3 years by investing in various backward projects and expansion of the existing tiles manufacturing unit at Peddapauram in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.
With an investiment of Rs 200 crore in various backward projects , the Aparna Group turnover also expected to touch Rs 2,300 crore by 2020, Ms Aparna said that we are also planning to launch two more new projects relating to building and we are working on it.
There is no expansion of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants this year, she said that we have 17 RMC plants at Benguluru, Vizag, Vijayawada and Hyderabad.
Under Aparna Venster brand, we have been providing premium quality uPVC doors and windows for over a decade now and installed over 1.2 million uPVC windows across the country, she said that we have plans to build new fabrication units in NCR region of Delhi and key metros of South India as part of expansion.
The current 2 lakh square feet uPVC wndow and doors capacity units of Aparna Venster are located in Hyderabad and Karnataka and have expansion plans to bolster their operations across South India and NCR Delhi by starting new state of the art fabrication units, Ms Aparna announced.
The current 15,000 Sq Meters tiles producing per day at the existing Paddapuram tiles unit, will scale up to 45,000 Sq Meters in the next two-and-half years, she added.
