Talking to newsmen here today, the JEO said, the new system has come into effect from today onwards (July 20). He said, this has been introduced only to establish the identity of pilgrims and no curbs has been put on pilgrims with the introduction of ID Card system. The tokens will be issued to 750 pilgrims on first come first basis only", he added. Over the re opening of PAC- IV for pilgrims, the JEO said, the PAC IV (old Annaprasadam complex) will become fully operational with luggage counters from Friday onwards. "We have already opened the PAC IV as per the instructions of Executive Officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao on Tuesday itself who inspected the place.
