Kolkata, May 14 (UNI) The Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) has stated that there are 278 candidates- about 31 per cent- contesting the Lok Sabha Phase 7 election on May 19,who have assets worth Rs one crore and more.
The National Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) have analysed the self-sworn affidavits of 909 out of 918 candidates, who are contesting in the Lok Sabha Phase 7.
There are 9 candidates who have not been analyzed due to unavailability of their properly scanned and complete affidavits, at the time of making this report.
