Giving this information to reporters here today, YCMOU vice chancellor Prof M M Salunkhe said that state Water Resources and Guardian Minister Girish Mahajan and state Finance Minister Deepak Kesarkar along with education planning consultant of Canada-based ADI Research and Consulting Services, Prof Dr Vastupal Parikh, will be the chief guests on the occasion.
