Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Jul 16 2016 11:10PM 2-day 'Nadi' festival concluded in MeghalayaShillong, Jul 16 (UNI) The two-day Nadi (River) festival 2016, attended by political leaders, experts and stakeholders from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Myanmar ended in Meghalaya. The festival organised by the Asian Confluence, India, East Asia Centre, Shillong, in collaboration with the Meghalaya government and the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies also reached a consensus on several key elements on rivers, inland navigation, tourism, expansion of people to people contacts and links from among others was arrived at.
