Gurugram, Sept 27 (UNI) The 14th edition of the National Ice Skating Championship will be held on October 1 and 2 here, which will witness the participation of over 100 ice skaters from various Indian states.
The championship will be conducted by the Ice Skating Association of India (ISAI) in Figure Skating Discipline at iSKATE, Ambiance Mall, Gurugram.
The event will encompass separate events for boys and girls in senior (Above 19 years), junior (17 -19 Years), advance novice (15-17 years), novice (10-15 years) and Juvenile (below 10 years) categories. The championship, which will culminate to an award ceremony to be held on October 2, will be judged by experienced coach Jagraj Singh Sahni, professional ice skater Vasudeva Sharma, who represents India in roller and ice skating discipline. Also, to train and warm up the participating ice skaters prior to the National Championship, a training camp for figure skating will be held at iSKATE between September 25-30. UNI KU SW 1451
