109 IPS probationers passed out of SVP national Police Academy

Hyderabad,Oct 28 (UNI) At an impressive passing out parade in the Sardar Vallabhai Patel National Police Academy in Sivarampally near here,109 young IPS probationers including 26 women passed out of the Academy, today.
The successful probationers belonging to the 68th batch of regular recruits of IPS will soon be taking up top level positions in the police force in different parts of the country.
Those who passed out included 15 foreign officers--six from Royal Bhutan Police, five from Nepal Police and four from Maldives.

Patna, Apr 26 (UNI) Scorching heat appears to have affected polling percentage during the second phase of Lok Sabha elections in five seats in Bihar, as only 58.58 percent electorate exercised their franchise compared to 62.92 percent in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, which is 4.34 percent less this year.
