BJP's Spokesperson Ban urges Uddhav, Raj Thackeray to divert rally expenses towards drought-hit farmers

Mumbai, Sep 30 (UNI) BJP Maharashtra chief spokesperson Navnath Ban on Wednesday urged Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray to avoid spending on the proposed rally in Mumbai on October 4 and instead extend financial assistance to drought-hit farmers in Marathwada and Vidarbha. Addressing a press conference at the BJP state office, Ban said the government had stood by farmers during the drought situation and had released the third instalment of the loan waiver on Wednesday.
