Two dead after suspected chemical leak in Mumbai public toilet

Mumbai, Sep 27 (UNI) Two persons died allegedly due to suffocation following a suspected chemical leak inside a public toilet in suburban Mumbai, officials said on Sunday. The incident was reported around 0830 hours at a public toilet opposite Parsi Panchayat Gate, near Mrunaltai Bridge in the Ram Mandir (East) area, after a citizen alerted the authorities about the incident. According to local residents, the two men had reportedly suffered breathing difficulties after being exposed to a strong chemical smell inside the toilet.
