Trump's India visit sheer wastage of money: IGP

New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) The India Greens Party (IGP) on Wednesday called US President Donald Trump's two-day visit to India a sheer wastage of poor people's money and quoted an American newspaper, which termed the trip as "long on symbolism and short on substance."
President Trump and First Lady Melania, along with his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner, arrived in Gujarat on February 24. After inaugurating the world's largest cricket stadium named after the country's first Union Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, he dropped in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal, and later went on to Delhi.
The US President described his India visit as a tremendous learning experience.
