Asian Games boxing: Narender wins bronze as Ankush, Parveen reach finals

New Delhi, Sep 29 (UNI) Indian boxer Narender Berwal claimed his second successive Asian Games bronze medal after losing 5-0 to reigning world champion Aibek Oralbay of Kazakhstan in the men's 90kg semifinal at the Nishio Gymnasium in Aichi on Tuesday. Narender, who had also won bronze in the 92kg category at Hangzhou 2023, found it difficult to deal with Oralbay's speed and power. The Kazakh controlled the bout for most of the contest, while Narender tried to close the distance and create openings.
