Empty threats won't frighten me: Shivakumar hits back at HDK over NICE row

New Delhi, Sept 29 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Tuesday launched a fierce counterattack on union Minister HD Kumaraswamy over his allegations on the NICE project and the Shivakumar family's properties, dismissing them as "empty threats" and daring him to bring the charges before the Assembly for a debate.
