Gandhi Week to be held in Pune from October 1 to 7

Pune, Sep 29 (UNI) The Maharashtra Gandhi Memorial Fund and Yuvak Kranti Dal will jointly organise a week-long programme on Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhi Bhavan, Kothrud, from October 1 to 7. The 15th edition of the annual event, initiated by late Dr Kumar Saptarshi, will feature lectures, discussions, cultural programmes and films focusing on Gandhi's thoughts, social movements, democracy, environment and contemporary issues, organisers said at a press conference on Tuesday.
