Thunderstorms, gusty winds likely in 18 Telangana districts

Hyderabad, Nov 5 (UNI) The Meteorological Centre has forecast thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds of 30-40 kmph at isolated places in 18 districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours. In its daily weather report issued on Thursday, the Centre said the remnants of severe cyclonic storm 'Murasu' over east Telangana and adjoining Coastal Andhra Pradesh had weakened into a low-pressure area and subsequently become less marked. However, the associated cyclonic circulation continued over the region at 3.1 to 4.5 km above mean sea level.
