Mumbai, Nov 5 (UNI) Congress MLA Satej Patil on Thursday accused the Maharashtra government of undermining the electoral mandate of Kolhapur's milk producers through changes in cooperative management rules and announced a protest march on November 9. Patil alleged that the government was attempting to capture Gokul Dairy, formally known as the Kolhapur District Cooperative Milk Producers' Union, after his panel defeated the BJP-led Mahayuti-backed panel in its elections.
