GTB developers receives World Trade Center licence for Chengalpattu, plans Rs.7,000 cr IT-Integrated township

Chennai, Nov 5 (UNI) GTB Developers (GT Bharathi Urban Developers Pvt Ltd) today announced that it has been granted a licence by the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) to develop World Trade Center Chengalpattu. Announcing this at a media conference here, Scott Wang, Vice President, Asia Pacific, who is heading the WTCA delegation, GTB Developers Chairman Bharat Kanti Doshi and Managing Director Arun Bharathi Arunachalam said WTC Chengalpattu is planned as an IT-integrated township of 100 to 150 acres, rather than an industrial estate.
