TN govt should file review plea against SC order saying no quota for BCs who converted to Islam: Stalin

Chennai, Oct 15 (UNI) The Tamil Nadu government should immediately file a review petition in the Supreme Court to protect the reservation rights of Backward Classes who convert to Islam, Opposition DMK President M.K.Stalin said on Thursday. In a post on X, he said the Supreme Court's verdict that there was no need to provide reservation for BC(Muslims) category BCs who embraced Islam was against social justice.
