Second phase of Thoofan anti-drug campaign to reach every ward in Kerala: Ramesh Chennithala

Malappuram, Sep 28 (UNI) Kerala's anti-drug drive 'Operation Thoofan' will enter its second phase on Monday with the launch of 'Thoofan Thaddesham: Janasena Against Drugs' at Vengara here, expanding the campaign to every ward and locality across the state. Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate the state-level programme, which will seek to mobilise local communities and local self-government institutions in a collective fight against the drug menace.
