Haryana: Special Lok Adalat to be held on October 3

Kaithal, Sep 22 (UNI) As per the directions of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority and under the supervision of District Legal Services Authority Kaithal Chairperson and District and Sessions Judge Kanchan Mahi, a special Lok Adalat will be organised on October 3 at the District Court Complex, Kaithal and the Sub-Divisional Court, Guhla. Kanwal Kumar, Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority and Chief Judicial Magistrate, today stated that the Special Lok Adalat will primarily resolve pending check bounce cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, through mutual agreement and amicable settlement.
