251 mandis in UP connected to National Market Information Network

Lucknow, Sep 29 (UNI) All 251 agricultural produce mandis in Uttar Pradesh are now connected to the Central Government's National Agricultural Market Information Network, 'AgMarketNet 2.0'. With the completion of the API-based integration of the Uttar Pradesh Mandi Parishad's e-Mandi portal with AgMarketNet 2.0, 100 per cent market reporting from all mandis in the state has been ensured. The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has commended this achievement. The state government is digitalising various processes to make the market system more transparent and farmer-friendly.
