TIPRA Motha issued 24 hrs deadline to arrest culprits, fired on its candidate

Agartala, Sept 29 (UNI) Tripura ADC's ruling party TIPRA Motha on Tuesday issued a 24-hour deadline for the arrest of individuals responsible for firing upon its candidate and two party supporters during the Village Committee elections in Gomati district on Monday. A delegation headed by party MLA Ranjit Debbarma and ADC Chief Executive Member Runiel Debbarma met with State Election Commission (SEC) Secretary Anurag Sen and presented a memorandum requesting expedited intervention regarding the incident that occurred at Gamaria.
